This spacious cottage is situated on a treed lot with an open and grassy lawn to the shoreline with a sandy shallow entry. The large floating dock contains 2 boat slips and ample space to relax and catch some rays. Walk up the stairs to the wrap around deck which overlooks the Bay and step into an airy entrance way.
Antique pine hard wood and slate floors, neutral colors and cozy decor gives one a sense of home without the hustle and bustle of daily life. Cook a family dinner or make a quick meal in this modern kitchen equipped with all the modern conveniences of home such as Fridge, Stove, Convection Microwave, Dishwasher and 2 breakfast bars. Gaze out into the back yard from the breakfast bar or enjoy your coffee while sitting outside on one the back decks. The large cherry wood table which seats 6 and overlooks the Bay is a great place to gather family and friends for formal dinners or casual dining. The great room has ample comfortable seating and a fully equipped entertainment centre with CD/DVD player and satellite television when you want to catch up on your favorite show or watch a movie in comfort. The cathedral ceilings constructed with antique pine and grainery board gives a rustic flavor to this modern room.
